Six promising life sciences startups have embarked on the Venture Challenge Fall 2025, the LifeSciences@Work startup program that transforms groundbreaking research into viable business ventures. Over the coming weeks, the participating teams will refine their business plans, receive intensive coaching, and pitch their innovations to investors and industry experts — gaining the insights and network needed to take their ideas to the next level.
This year’s teams are tackling diverse and high-impact challenges across the life sciences landscape — from next-generation allergy diagnostics and ultrasound-based molecular imaging, to nanobody-powered cancer immunotherapy, protein analysis in a box, self-feeding biomaterials, and novel pain therapeutics. Each innovation has the potential to make a lasting difference for patients, researchers, and healthcare systems alike.
