For life sciences startups, securing funding while preserving equity is critical to long-term success. This workshop explores the key non-dilutive financing options available to companies from startup through Series A, including grants, tax incentives, strategic partnerships, foundation funding, venture debt, and royalty-based financing. Participants will learn how to identify the most suitable funding sources, align financing with development milestones, and build a capital-efficient fundraising strategy that extends runway and minimizes dilution.
